TOCC Members' Lounge
The TOCC Members’ Lounge offers a free and open drop-in workspace in the heart of the City. This is the perfect space to catch up on work between meetings, meet with colleagues and clients or simply recharge over a coffee.
About TOCC's Members' Lounge
As a TOCC Member you are welcome to use our central GLOBAL drop-in workspace for free. Use of the lounge is on a first come, first served basis, and booking in advance is not required. Complimentary wifi is provided, as well as tea and coffee.
The lounge includes a five-person meeting room which can be booked for private use. Please email us in advance to secure your complimentary booking.
There will be times when the lounge is closed for a TOCC event. In these instances, members can continue to work from a separate area in our ground-floor office space.
Exclusively for TOCC Members
The Members' Lounge is exclusively for TOCC Members. The lounge should be used as a drop-in workspace and not as a full-time office space. Members can hold meetings in the lounge with guests. All guests must get checked in at reception.
Respect and Professionalism
We expect all members to interact with other members and staff in a respectful and professional manner. Any behaviour deemed to be inappropriate or disruptive to other users will not be tolerated. When using the lounge, all vistors must adhere to the Members' Lounge and Meeting Room Policies. TOCC reserves the right to withdraw or restrict access to our services for any user found in violation of our policies. This action may be taken at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Compliance with our policies is mandatory for continued access.
Head/ear phones and belongings
Head/ear phones should be used when listening to video/audio or video calling. Whilst in the lounge please keep all your belongings with you. TOCC will not be liable for any missing or damaged personal belongings including items borrowed by other members. TOCC staff cannot sign for post on behalf of members and our address should not be used for correspondence.
Food and Refreshments
You are very welcome to bring your own refreshments into the lounge but please avoid strong smelling food. We do have a vending machine which members can access.

- In an evacuation use the exit by the toilets, not the glass entrance (which is not a fire exit and will be protected by a fire curtain if the alarm sounds) and disperse (the fire assembly point will not be used at this time) accordingly..
- The fire alarms at Street are tested regularly
- Data Usage and Privacy Policy: Your data will be securely stored by TOCC and used solely for the purpose of managing your membership. By using our WiFi services, you acknowledge and agree to our privacy policy. Please be aware that usage data may be collected during your connection to the network.
